This is a 3-day Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression (PMVA) Training.

The course is suitable for new and returning staff who will be working in NHS or Private Healthcare Organisation where they are expected to Assess, Identify, Prevent and Manage behaviours that challenge, including aggression and violence.
This course is bespoke and has been setup to meet the needs of staff (Agency or Bank) who will be working across different services on a short or long term contract.
The Course as delivered by PMVA Associates has been Certified by BILD as compliant with the Restraint Reduction Network (RRN) Training Standards.
