Turk has vast knowledge and experience of working in in-patient mental health, social care and education. Turk worked in in-patient settings for over 12 year supporting people with complex needs and challenging behaviour. Also has spent time working in schools for people with special needs.

Turk has received training and supported staff in various areas of training in different mandatory subjects. Turk was a PMVA lead for a large independent Mental Health provider for over 4 years and in that time has supervised and mentored both instructors and PMVA Ward Champions. Turk holds a specialist Degree in Violence reduction, Conflict resolution and Management.
