Having worked in the sector for nearly a decade, Dom has gained a wealth of experience working with a range of Mental Health and Social care services. Dom developed his passion for the field in his entry role as a support worker, working directly with individuals with complex mental health needs. In more recent roles Dom has led training and clinical support/advice within the NHS and private sector regardingViolence and Restrictive Practice Reduction at a senior level. He has built a wealth of knowledge in mental health service provision, operations, management and team development and much more. As a highly experienced trainer and consultant, Dom has mentored and supervised several trainers, many of whom have developed on to attain lead roles within their respective organisations.

As a Psychology graduate, Dom has a keen interest in utilising therapeutic engagement to prevent conflict in service user/customer facing roles.
