With over 20-years health and social care industry knowledge, Abu’s experience ranges from working directly with and supporting people with complex mental health needs and challenging behaviours, to staff training, developing training packages, leading and delivering medium-large projects and programmes, and supervising, monitoring, and mentoring trainers and quality assuring training for independent and NHS organisations.

He is an established and well-known industry expert in violence and restraint reduction with a specialist qualifications in violence and restraint reduction, conflict resolution and management.  

Abu is a certified professional consultant and has full membership status with the Chartered Institute of Consulting (CIM) and is a member of the Resuscitation Council UK.
