Subject to these terms, we offer refunds for booking of training (if cancelled 14 days prior to the training date). We do not offer refund on services or training that has already been delivered.
If Booking is cancelled on or 14 days prior to the actual date, delegates can reschedule and attend training on a later date.
A cancelation fee will apply where training or services has been made specifically for you (in-house or bespoke training)
