Francesca (Fran) Cibelli

Fran has a long standing experience working and supporting people with complex needs mental health needs and challenging behaviour.

Fran worked in a Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Acute and Rehabilitation Unit for a large independent.

As senior PMVA Instructor, Fran organised and facilitated training aswel as supervised and mentored instructors.

Fran also has the following qualification.

· Teaching and Assessing

· PMVA Tutor & Adviser

· NVQ III in Health and Social Care

Along with her role with AITC, Fran is also currently working as part of a research team at City, University of London on an exiting project on how to improve communication during conflicts in mental health inpatient settings with the overarching objective to reduce restrictive practices and to provide evidence based guidance for clinicians and policy makers.
