A business is only as strong as its people. At Ai Training & Consulting (AITC), we believe that responsive, specialised training based on needs makes the difference between a good workforce and a great one. Our package include a range of topics, that can equip staff who are new to health & social care and those with previous experience. Our aim is to teach and also stimulate thinking and thought processes.

AITC is a trading name under Ai Global Solutions Limited, registered in England and Wales (Company number: 7161784). We specialise in the designing and delivery of generic and bespoke training package and have been providing specialist consulting and training services to organisations that deliver health and social care services in the UK and abroad since 2016.

Studies prove that ongoing personal and professional development are important factors in recruiting and retaining quality employees. To that end, we provide specialist on the job coaching, 1:1 tutoring/support, workshops that are aimed at compliment classroom training.

Our service also extends to working as a pair of hands, policy and procedural writing or update and service reviews.

Our Philosophy & Approach

Our philosophy is simple, we start with observing and/or assessing your specific training and other requirements. Our instructors/consultants and syllabus experts then design a package or plan to meet those needs. 

The key to our success? Our designers and developers are also our facilitators/consultants, they know the materials, objectives and or interventions inside out and once it is deployed they are the ones who modify and tweak it in response to your staff feedback and organisational needs.

Our approach includes engaging with your staff in their work environment, identifying and meeting with some key people in your organisation and specific areas talking to them about their needs and also to understand your strategic goals, gauge challenges and identify any potential skill gaps.
